fresh sweet potatoes whipped with cream,
hand grated spices, and pure vanilla. We finish
this delightful dish with our southern pecan
streusel topping
- Grandma’s Heirloom Stuffing
grandma’s stuffing is made with Italian sausage,
cranberries, tart apples, and a combination of fresh
herbs. Pairs nicely with poultry, pork, or beef
- Ganson’s Signature Cranberry Sauce
a delicious chunky sauce made with fresh cranberries
and select fall fruits. Simmered with Saigon cinnamon,
fresh nutmeg and toasted southern pecans

- Fresh Apple Caramel Pie
9″ pie made with crisp Jonathan apples, premium caramel,
and our flakey crust
- Pear & Cranberry Cake
very moist cake made with pears from Ganson’s pear tree,
fresh cranberries,and southern pecans Topped with a brown
sugar glaze
- Spiced Just Right Pumpkin Pie
9″ pie made with select pumpkin, fresh spices, cream,
and our flakey crust
- Pumpkin Cake Log
pumpkin caked rolled with a delicious mascarpone cream
filling and shaped to look like a yule log. Topped with
white mascarpone icing and sprinkled with a blend of
fall spices
